I think about suicide sometimes?

I think about suicide pretty often but I do not think I could ever do it. The closest I have came to killing myself was putting a pistol to my head and pulling the trigger multiple times without checking the chamber. However, I knew the gun was unloaded. I just feel worthless. I am a father and only get to see my child a couple times a week at most I am dating her mother and I am always paranoid about her cheating or something even though I am the s bag perv who would cheat if I had the chance because I never get laid. I have one or two friends and literally no social life. I am so awkward in social situations and I do not talk and I get red and sweat. I just hate my life and cant really pinpoint why I think it is so bad because honestly it isnt compared to some people's. I have been depressed off and on for quite sometime but recently seriously contemplated suicide. I lost my pop in February he was slowly killed by emphysema and a lung surgery he could not recover from. Most the time I am completely emotionless. One of my best friends from middle school and early highschool committed suicide last month I think that is another thing that is got me thinking harder about it.

it probably doesnt matter a TON... but the way I understand it is adjusting the string height (via saddles) changes the distance between the bridge and nut by a minute amount (making them higher increases tension and increases string length by a millimeter or so, opposite when you go down), therefore changing the intonation. so it would make sense to adjust height, then intonation so that you dont throw one off when adjusting the other.

How do I deal with OCD over cleaning my house?

Im not obsessive over scrubbing everything with disinfectant...yet...but Im afraid it might come to that. I get major anxiety when things are out of place...It bothers me because I have 3 small children and when they bring toys out of their rooms to play I get very anxious and angry about the toys everywhere. Hi! I live in Perth, and just like you, I moved here a couple months ago. It's great, not boring at all, the shops aren't open on Sundays, except in the city or the IGAs, but if you want to go out on Sundays you can go to the beaches, which is really great! But it's not that boring, quite chilled though, but there is pleanty to do for example go shopping, go to the beach, see a movie, go to the park, etc! Also, if your looking for a school I recommend St Mark's Anglican Community School, it's a really nice school, and all the kids are really nice. How did Slayers Revolution end up compared to previous installments?

I've seen up through episode 12 and I like it (haven't see 13 yet). I liked seasons 1 & 2 more than season 3, although I certainly see the other person's point about only so many episodes actually advancing the plot in season 2, with a number just being "funny interludes". There was one episode in season 4 that I remember that had to be there only as a joke - that episode wasn't the best but was kinda funny. I think overall the story in revolution is very interesting and is closer to the original novels (the whole thing with Zanafar, Duclis, and Zuuma) which I like. I wonder if they'll take the Zuuma thing out further in the second half of the season. The battle so far seems to me to be drawn out more than the battles in season 1 but is still very good. Overall, I'm quite happy with revolution. I like it about as much as seasons 1 & 2 and more than season 3. Not that I think 3 was bad, I just liked the other two better.

How to let go of excess weight?

For a while I've struggled with the fluctuation of my weight. Years ago I weighed about 251 and within less than three months I loss 80 lbs. I will admit in the beginning I didn't handle the diet properly. I exercised to the extreme burning a lot of calories, and I was eating but my portions we weren't big enough. Then after while when I started getting on the right track I began to slowly quit my exercise regimen. After while I did attempt to start back by going to Curves and eventually let go of Curves that was back in 2006. So for the next few years I deal with the fluctuation of the weight because for the longest I was reluctant to exercise. After while on a doctor visit I asked for my blood sugar levels to be checked and it came to be I was borderline diabetic. Afterwhile I was able to push my self to exercise but now my main concern is my problem areas the excess tummy from the weight loss, and my arms. I just want to know how to get rid of excess tummy and and tone the arms up inexpensively and correctly.

Recently, I have had a throat infection and also I had a panic attack about getting spaghetti stuck in my throat. I have now just about recovered from my throat infection. I find it mealtimes quite tedious now, as when I am about to swallow food I am scared that it is going to get stuck in my throat. Why does my toddler misbehave and cry so much?

Ankle pain at night for years please help

I expierience nightly, mild to severe ankle pain in my left foot. I have visited the doctor but my insurance wont pay for an mri so im not sure whats wrong. The doctor said when i had my feet hanging off the table that my left foot hung lower and i just probably need to wear a brace at night (he would let me know after the mri) but i cant get the mri. It is the anterior of my ankle right at the bend and the only way i find relief is if i press my toes towards me as hard as i can (all night) or i rotate and crack my ankle all night (it cracks and pops alot) each crack gives me relief for about a min or so. i can describe the feeling as when your in the car for a long time and you just get that feeling in your knees and feet that you need to stretch but you cant. This is tormenting me and i can only ever find braces for heel problems and i need relief. Any help would be appriciated

I really need some help please?

I am 14 and a guy. I just have a fat belly. My stomach is pretty wide and large. It sticks out. For Some reason, none of my other body parts are fat, just my stomach. Why is this? I play hockey, but i eat a bad diet. How can i prevent myself from eating junk food? Also, what are some workouts that i can do at home to get rid of my belly fat and get six pack fast? Is there an audio mixer I can use with skype....?

Here's the deal. I have a digital studio setup using a slide mixer and inputting through an Mbox into a Mac G4. Normally I use this to feed Pro Tools for production and editing. What I want to do now is connect the Mbox to my MacBook and feed directly to Skype for an on-line radio show, so that I can do live mixing and level adjusting during the broadcast. However, I'm not sure how I can ign it to feed Skype from the Mbox. Is there anything special I'm going to need to do? I can fun firewire from the Mbox to the MacBook, but I'm not sure if I'm going to need special interface software to recognize the Mbox as the input device for Skype as opposed to a headset plugged through the normal earbud plug ins

Potty training????!!!!!?

I have a 6 month old male pomeranian/ mini schnouzer mix. When ever we go away, we put him down in the basement. When we come home there is poop and sometimes pee in the basement. The same thing happens if we put him a the creat. I also have another dog.(female) She is a schnouzer and we lets her have free roam of the house if that has anything to do with it. please help. My dad might get rid of him. :(
