What is going on with my stomach?

Ok first off i had two periods in October which was rather strange the second one was like a week or a little over early.. Only lasted three days barely the day after it was completely gone my stomach actual stomach would hurt if i ate like as soon as i swallowed two bites the pain would start then i started getting a pain in my hip later that night then it started to spread to my tail bone then over to the right side it was very uncomfortable then a slight pain in the middle of my right side even with my belly on now i am getting slight pain in the right side of my uterus and slight pain in my ovaries i am gong to go to the doctor today but was wondering if this has happened to anybody and what it might be
