Guys i need your honest opinion:]?

I believe that he is extremly shy. He may just not know what to say, and doesnt want to say the wrong thing. The only thing you can do is be very blunt and ask him if he wants a relationship with you, and ask him for an answer. Nowadays there are some people who just dont know what to do with the opposite . They only have tv and movies to go on, and they can be quite confusing. Give him an oppritunity and if he doesnt take the hint, then move on...
