Trainergirl30, I have a question for you...?

well,eating around 1200 calories may be okay but your metabolism need you to eat 5 - 6 times a day for you to burn the fat away...to get right with the outside you have to get right with the inside first......so for you to get it right here are two sites I'd ....check them out you will like them like you to see where you can be in about 12 weeks......the (eating) site will help in what is correct and really not allowed, the other is what you can do about weight training and not to be musclar either there is part for females to tone....so have fun and enjoy
