Do you think Parcells is doing a good job of coaching the Cowboys? (153 penalized yards vs the Skins...)?

the thing I don't like about Parcells is he seems to quit on his teams and I think the reputation has caught up to him..Hard to really buy into his teaching when you know he will end up leaving just like he did everywhere he has been. He never sticks around.He never finishes the job..the only time he got somewhere was in NY. He still ended up leaving
