I'm a radio DJ and I need help with my new show?

Deadline in two days!!! I have a new show on air and my production director is pressurizing me to come up with new ideas for the show. It's a 3-hour program, 5 days a week and it'll be pre-recorded. I need to be able to reach out to the listeners and make it interesting. I'll be playing music most of the time, but the rest of the time I need to come up with interesting segments for my listeners.Pls suggest ideas... thanks a ton for your help!!!! :)
