When will my tuition be paid?

I'm getting a Subsidized and Unsubsidized Stafford Loan from FASFA. I'm attending Cal Poly Pomona. They sent emails saying the loans are dispersed on September 14, and the remaining of the money will be direct deposited in your bank account (if you signed up for it, and I did.) My tuition still has not been paid, and I still have not gotten the rest of the money deposited in my account. When will this all be taken care of?
