Help me!!!!!!! EMERGENCY!!?

i have an lg rumor.and the speaker phone won't work. i dont kow whats worng with it. but like when i call someone n put them on speaker it wont work and when someone calls me the sound won't work eather it will just vibrate. i don't know whats wrong with it can u guys help me??
