Nervous about first time....?

so im 14 and my bf is 15 and we've been goin out for like 5 months now (i've known him for 3 years though) and we're startin to get more serious. he's been wanting to get serious for a while now, but i wasnt ready so he agreed to wait. now i think im ready and i really want him to finger me but since hes my first bf, im kinda nervous.. i dont wanna seem nervous though when he does it.. any advice?? oh and dont say im too young or any of that crap cause i dont care
