Why people say?

I am just 21 have not registered yet..so cannot vote yet and not much knowledge abt election, politics..but look at the situation right now say in Perak why some people said that "LKS should be patient, soon or later everything will be his"-semua akan jadi dia punya ? what does it mean? hey, every answer will have 2 points ;-)
