Got a wisdom tooth extracted. 3 weeks pregnanat?

Some one i know got a wisdom tooth extracted today and is 3 months pregnant. The tooth was severly infected and it had to be extracted. The doctor gave her the injection aand antibiotics due to the xtraction. she is now worried for the foetus. SHould she get an abortion done? she is very worried that if she goes ahead, the baby might have birth defects.
