Should i say it again?

i told my gf that i loved her. she didnt say it back but she said "awww, thats so sweet" and then she kissed me. recently, she started getting close to me. like when we're laying on the bed watching tv, she will hold my hand, then take her other hand and rub my arm. she'll also rub my side or rub my leg with her foot. she just started doing that the other week. after i told her i loved her, she seemed to start doing it more. what does that mean? she also started resting her head on my shoulder and tickling my side. im thinking about saying it again tomorrow when i walk her to cl. if it helps, im 21 and she is 19 adn we're in college. does she still sound interested in me?
