Would NATO consider to disjoin Turkey in the near future [over Israel] ?

It wouldn't come to that, Turkey is in NATO for few reasons one of which is that they have a LAW that lets the military remove the government if the country turns to Islam, and erdorgan is just covering his own killing of the kurds and other stuff so that his people will be more angry on Israel, this is just politics.
