I'm not familiar with concept theories you've presented here however I believe the environment does have a big impact on people and people have a big impact on crime. The law recognizes this fact by saying it is unlawful to insight a riot. We can't show just anything we want on television and most people can remember how people killed themselves years ago listening to the radio over a fictional story called "The War of The Worlds"
